The benefits are many and harm none, of course there will always be detractors of the natural, pseudo-scientific arguments that seek to try to convince us that what we need is artificial, the superficial, complicated, GM, etc.
But this is not so simple and natural as are the great truths of humanity, any questions that we can find the single correct answer on observation of nature.
The benefits of a vegetarian diet are:
1. It is complete because there are abundant proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, vitamins and water.
2. It does not produce rots in the gut, which prevents this very important cause of infection and toxemia.
3. It's power strength and endurance, for its abundance of carbohydrates (muscle fuel).
4. Leave sufficient rest to the viscera, since we do not put too much work to neutralize toxic, they are forced ingestion of animal products.
5. Avoid painful and unnecessary slaughter of animals. The vegetarian diet is the physical basis of pure thought, mastery of passion and love of spirit.
