There are many points which are taken into account when analyzing the different areas, visibility, diversity, and measured maximum depth, temperature, etc..

There are a number of guides that are available in bookstores worldwide, on which were the top dive destinations in the world. They usually performed a brief description of the area and details the characteristics of the practice of diving there.

3. It's power strength and endurance, for its abundance of carbohydrates (muscle fuel).
4. Leave sufficient rest to the viscera, since we do not put too much work to neutralize toxic, they are forced ingestion of animal products.
5. Avoid painful and unnecessary slaughter of animals. The vegetarian diet is the physical basis of pure thought, mastery of passion and love of spirit.

BLACK METAL

BURZUM

It is a Norwegian band of black metal formed by the only member, Varg Vikernes, under Count Grishnackh's pseudonym. Norwegian metal is considered to be one of the driving bands of the black at the beginning of the year 1990. Up to the date it has published six discs of study.
The name Burzum means "darkness" in Mordor's language or black language, invented by J. R. R. Tolkien, and figure in the inscription of the Only Ring of the novel The Master of the Rings. According to Vikernes, " the world needs darkness, because the excess of light neither illuminates us does not even shelter us but it blinds us and burns us, and this one is the idea that sublies in the name.

It has an integral only one, Varg Vikernes (Uruk-Hai, Old Funeral). The Burzum's first recordings went out to the sale in 1991. On August 21, 1993, Vikernes killed to Oystein Aarseth "Euronymous" to stabs, by what there was condemned to a sentence of 21 years of prison, a maximum Norwegian sentence, to be discovered also his participation in the burning of three churches. Euronymous was an owner of the record Deathlike Silence, which extracted to the sale the Burzum's first discs, and charter member of the band of black metal Mayhem, in which Vikernes collaborated as bassist.

The motives for which he killed him were not known by a lot of time, by what the press published all kinds of interpretations. Nevertheless, time later knew by means of a letter directed Vikernes written by an acquaintance of Oystein Aarseth, one gave the new hypothesis of which Vikernes really murdered it for own defense, since this letter was affirming that Aarseth was trying to murder Vikernes.

Behemoth is a band of polonia founded in the year of 1991, for the only one permanent member of the band Adam "Nergal" Darski.the first works are discs of black traditional metal with certain similarities to the first albums of Emperor and Satyricon.

This band was formaded in Gelsenkirchen Alemania by Thomas Such (voice) and Frank Testengen (guitar) It was very influenced by groups like Discharge, Tank, Motorhead and Venom, and it is considered to be a fundamental piece inside the thrash as Kreator and Destruction who as a whole helped to define enormously the sound of the Death Metal and Black Metal.
